Our Story

A healthy and safe alternative to plastic storage, Drinkware and kitchenware is Stainless steel. This is a commonly known fact but when you go to find out those alternatives you don't get the benefits of Plasticware in stainless steel viz. Leak proof , modern and attractive and the options available were unreliable.
Made us wonder why there is no reliable and customer centric Stainless steel kitchen storage brand? This gave us the idea for - Pdd Falcon. 

PDD FALCON

PDD Falcon is the flagship brand of parent company Prazision deep draw Pvt. Ltd. India’s No.1 original equipment manufacturer for Mixer Grinder Jar, Since 1985. PDD Falcon journey was embarked in August 2017. Mr. Chirag Visaria and Mrs. Sneha Visaria together aspired to make PDD Falcon, the leading Stainless Home and Kitchenware brand of the country. The pioneering spirit of the founders have broadened the boundaries.

Why PDD Falcon ?
We started to design and manufacture double wall color coated stainless steel airtight containers and drinkware products in 2017. This idea was incepted by our founder and we initiated it as a tribute to him on his first death anniversary. The product designing came to me ( Sneha Visaria- Brand director) from my own problems as a Mother. When I used to take my 2 year old to garden I always used to carry makhana or fruits along. The steel container then was very inferior in quality and didn't serve my purpose. Thus we made TUFF airtight containers and lunch box series. Later, I was looking for a safe alternative for transition of my son from bottle to sipper. What I found is only costly Chinese products which were very difficult to clean and bulky. Thus we designed the first every stainless steel sipper straw glass with attractive colors, cleaning brush and leak proof lids. It instantly became a hit and we got a huge consumer feedback .The more we heard the consumer the better we evolved as a brand every passing day. The customer gave us a problem and we served it by a product. In no time we were a range of more than 300 + stainless steel products in range of Lunchbox , Drinkware , steel baby bottles ,veg chopper and kitchen storage containers. 

 

In a short time we have achieved -

  1.  S.S. 304 (18/8) and S.S. 204 (CU) are the only Internationally acclaimed stainless steel food grade brands. We at Pdd Falcon USE ONLY FOOD SAFE CERTIFIED , TESTED AND VERIFIED STAINLESS STEEL GRADES.
  2. Thus, 1/100000 Pdd Falcon steel products crack or rust.
  3. The process differentiation we create assures only the perfect fitment and best quality reached your (customers) hands.
  4. Each product goes through a 5 level Standard Quality check parameter.
  5. The steel is HAND POLISHED not once but TWICE or in some cases even Thrice. WHEN WE SAY MIRROR POLISH WE LITERALLY MEAN IT. SO OUR PRODUCTS STAND APART IN THE CLUSTER.
  6. Each product is designed thinking from the customer point of view. To solve a problem which the existing offerings do not cater to. Simple innovation using the goodness of steel.

The Founder and History
 
In 1981, A young, dynamic and passionate Leader- Late Shree Bhupendra Visaria laid foundation of his small steel factory in Mumbai. It had just one pressing and one spinning machine in area of just 200 sq. ft shed : one table , one chair and one telephone line - (which was then a great achievement, to have).
Shree Bhupendra Visaria was born in Mumbai on 9th Oct 1959. He had attempted his 10th Std. examination but didn’t go back to see his results - to support his family and get earning. He immediately worked in one of a Grain store where he learnt core business lessons. From that store his uncle bought him to Bhayander to work as manager in his factory. The company was first called-“Bhayander metal” which then made SS dabba. The company was named PRECISION DEEP DRAW in the year 1985, with a vision to make quality driven steel products of engineering level excellence.  Post, dabba’s the company later moved to Export items like Jug, Pot , cocktail shakers etc. In 2000’s the Firm was titled as “King of Cocktail Shaker” by one of its leading Export customer. In 1990’s company had started new venture of Jar making for Jaipan , Maggi and Summeet – who where the pioneers of Quality in Mixer grinder then.  From 2009 Mr. Chirag Visaria entered the business after pursuing his Mech Engg. and MBA Education in family Business from S.P. Jain College. He then bought in a new vision and methodology which attracted Premium client-base thus, shifting tangent from traditional business to professionally driven approach. Later in 2016 a serious setback came to the foundation –The company lost its founder overnight.
Sir (Bhupendra ji) pioneered not only in product development, he laid foundation for “Modern Management Rules” to be successfully applied to conventional unorganized steel factories. Standard packing, Customer responsiveness, accountability SYSTEMS and METHODS designed by him for his uneducated staff is the result of the company transforming from a “Karkhana” into and “Industry”. He is the “Peter Drucker (father of Management)” of Stainless Steel Jar Manufacturing Industry.
To  fulfill his dream of bringing – “Premium quality steel to Indian consumer “ led the team to start a small brand of its own named - “PddFALCON”, in 2016.
In 2020, with a view to grow our wings and be more professionally driven, company has established – Prazision Deep Draw Pvt. Ltd.
